The Learning Academy Trust (TLAT) are seeking to recruit an outstanding, enthusiastic and highly effective Upper KS2 Teacher to work in our trust. You need to be ambitious for the standards our very capable children can achieve and be able to manage and motivate a class of diverse abilities and personalities. Excellent behaviour management strategies are needed as well as the imagination to inspire and challenge. Inter-personal skills are essential to understand and meet the emotional needs of all pupils.

We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner, who loves teaching and thrives on using assessment as a precise tool to enable all pupils to make excellent progress. We would especially welcome applicants with experience of Read Write Inc, Literacy and Language and Maths Mastery teaching programmes although this is not essential as full training will be provided.

TLAT is a growing multi-academy trust which currently includes Trenance Learning Academy, St. Newlyn East Learning Academy, Foxhole Learning Academy ,Falmouth Primary Academy,The Bishops’ CofE Learning Academy, St Merryn School, Trevisker Primary School, Mabe School, Constantine Primary School, Leedstown CP School. We are part of the Kernow Teaching School Alliance and together deliver school improvement across our partner schools. We are looking to recuit an outstanding teacher who:
